I'm a 27-year-old guy dealing with a really embarrassing problemI'm experiencing excessive precum leakage. It's been tough to manage, even though I've cut down on masturbation over the last year. Even a single seductive thought can trigger a lot of leakage, and it's really noticeable, especially when I'm with my girlfriend. I'm worried because I'm planning to get married in a year or two, and this is affecting my confidence. What should I do? Really need some guidance here.

If you have cysts in your scrotum and aren't sure if they are sebaceous or epidermoid, it's best to consult a doctor or urologist for diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Many scrotal cysts are harmless and don't need treatment, but some may require removal, especially if they become painful, large, or infected.

My semen analysis is normal but I have varicocele and the doctor said surgery isn't needed. I also have a lot of chest fat and was told it's gynecomastia. Could the varicocele be causing this? Are there any natural ways to reduce the gynecomastia without surgery?
surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
