Im a 23-year-old guy and have noticed that my nipples are puffy. They shrink when its cold, but get puffy when its warm. It makes me feel really self-conscious about taking my shirt off. There are no lumps under the nipples, so I dont think its gynecomastia, but my nipples dont look normal when warmtheyre not pointed like they should be. They feel hard when cold though. Is there anything I can do about this or any permanent solution?
It sounds like you're experiencing temporary nipple puffiness, which is usually normal and not a sign of any underlying condition like gynecomastia. Since there are no lumps and no pain, this could simply be a natural response to temperature changes. If it causes significant distress, you may consider consulting a doctor for reassurance or potential treatments like surgery if needed.
