I'm 20 weeks pregnant and my doctor recommended Dexorange syrup for me. I'm a bit concerned because I noticed it contains 5.5% alcohol. Is it safe for me to be taking this during pregnancy?

Dexorange syrup contains iron and other vitamins, but the alcohol content is a concern during pregnancy. While the amount is small, it's best to consult your doctor regarding its use, as alcohol consumption during pregnancy is generally advised against. Your doctor may suggest an alternative iron supplement without alcohol.

I'm really worried because I found this hard lump near my pwerta and it's super painful, especially when I'm walking, lying down, or sitting. Could you tell me what this is and what might be causing it?

My wife gave birth to our baby boy nearly two months ago, and just recently, I've noticed she's had a couple of nosebleeds and her right eye looks red. Could this be something serious? Should she see a gynecologist, or is it better to consult an ENT or an eye doctor? Also, is it okay for her to continue breastfeeding? I'm really looking forward to some guidance here.

I've recently gotten engaged and I'm kind of worried because every time I meet my fianc, I end up getting really wet down there. It's a bit embarrassing sometimes because it even wets through my panties. It's an arranged marriage, so we haven't been intimate yet. Is this normal, or should I talk to a gynecologist about it? Is there anything I can do to reduce the wetness? It's making me feel a bit uncomfortable. Any advice would really help.
