Im 18 and I've got a question that's been really bothering me. I often masturbate and once this thought hit me: if I accidentally swallow my own sperm, can that give me STDs like AIDS? I've never had sex before, so Im still a virgin. And what about someone who's sexually activeif they swallow their own sperm and have bleeding gums or something, could they get AIDS that way? This whole idea is kind of stressing me out.

It's understandable to feel concerned, but swallowing your own sperm does not transmit HIV or other STDs. HIV is primarily spread through direct contact with infected bodily fluids during unprotected sex, sharing needles, or from mother to child. Bleeding gums or mouth sores can increase the risk of transmission in sexual situations, but this is not a concern with your scenario. If you're feeling distressed, it may help to talk to a healthcare provider for further support.

I'm having an issue where I finish really quickly the first time I have sex, but then after about an hour, I can last much longer, like 45 minutes. This leaves my partner unsatisfied after the first round. I'm really looking for ways to last longer the first time. What can I do to improve this?

I've had 7 mm stones in both kidneys for over 7 years and have been taking medicines but they're not dissolving. What else can I try to get rid of them without surgery? The medicines don't seem to be working anymore

For kidney stones that are not dissolving with medication, consider Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), a non-surgical procedure that uses sound waves to break up stones into smaller pieces that can pass in urine. Alternatively, Ureteroscopy (URS) or Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS) can be used to directly access and remove or fragment the stones

I'm not sure if this is a big issue or not, but I can't really control how long I last before ejaculating. It's like, I finish in about two to three minutes, and it's kind of embarrassing when I'm with my partner. Do you have any tips or exercises, maybe even some kind of lotion or technique, that could help me last longer so I can enjoy the experience more fully?

It sounds like you're experiencing premature ejaculation, which is common and treatable. You can try techniques like the "start-stop" method or pelvic floor exercises to improve control. Consulting with a healthcare provider can help identify the best treatment options, including behavioral techniques or medications. Don't feel awkwardthis is something many people work through with support.
