I'm 18 and have had these dark patches on both sides of my nose for about three years, like a permanent tan. I used to spend a lot of time in the sun, and I've tried various creams from doctors and even had a chemical peel, but nothing worked. Lomela cream with hydroquinone helped, but when I stopped using it, the patches got darker. Can you recommend something to get rid of these patches permanently?
