I was diagnosed with TB after they found a left pleural effusion and completed a 6-month treatment, using Acurit4 for 2 months and Acurit3 for the other 4 months. Now everything's good and I don't have any symptoms. I'm wondering, is it safe for me to get the COVID vaccine now? Is there a specific one I should be going for, like Covishield or Covaxin?

View allI'm a bit worried about my latest lung X-ray results which mention an "apicolordotic view is suggested" for some pneumonia in both parahilar regions and a pleuro-diaphragmatic reaction in the right lower lung, affecting both hemidiaphragms. Could you explain what all this means? Is it something I should be concerned about?
The chest X-ray report suggests pneumonia in both parahilar regions and the right lower lung, along with a pleuro-diaphragmatic reaction, indicating inflammation of the lung linings and diaphragm, and recommends an apicolordotic view for further evaluation, which is a specialized X-ray view to better assess the lung apices and guide treatment for the pneumonia.

Is it safe to use an inhaler for a cold? I've heard that Vicks inhalers have been banned in some countries. Could using an inhaler start sinus issues?
Inhaler usage typically does not initiate sinus issues. In fact, inhalers are commonly used to treat conditions like asthma and COPD. If you have concerns about sinus issues, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and treatment.

I'm really worried about my husband. He's had this dry cough since last September, and it usually happens right after he finishes eating. It's like he keeps needing to clear his throat. Plus, whenever he's in cold weather, it gets worse. We've seen so many general physicians, but no one can seem to figure out what's going on. We did a chest X-ray and an HRCT in October of 2021, and everything came back clear. We also just checked his IGE levels, and they were at 1071. One doctor suggested he take montair fx for a month. Could you help me understand what might be causing this?
he has allergic to dust avoid it
