Now Ive been getting really itchy bites, but I cant see anything, so Im starting to think I might have them too. Ive tried using a sulfur-based body wash for the last two days, but its not helping. What else can I do to get rid of these bites or mites?

To combat mite infestation, in addition to the sulfur-based body wash, try washing and drying clothing and bedding in hot water and high heat, drying non-washable items in the sun, using a dehumidifier to reduce moisture, applying calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream to soothe itching, and considering over-the-counter permethrin or pyrethrin
