I recently used an electronic BP machine and got a reading of 135 over 90. I'm only 20, so I'm wondering if I need medication or a doctors help, or if something like yoga and exercise might be enough. What do you think?

I'm curious about the Inderal LA 20 tablet. What exactly is it used for? Can it help with blood pressure, or is it meant for something else?
Inderal LA 20 tablet is a brand name for propranolol, which is a beta-blocker medication. It is commonly used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), as well as to prevent chest pain (angina) and to improve survival after a heart attack. Propranolol can also be used to prevent migraine headaches and to manage symptoms of anxiety. The usual dosage for high blood pressure is 120-240 mg per day, divided into smaller doses.
