Repeated rubbing off the nose due to allergies can also cause this. Could be a result of mild trauma, Sun exposure or hormonal changes. So to treat and prevent that avoid all the things I mentioned before . Use a gentle cleanser to clean the area twice daily. Avoid harsh scrubbing. Moisturise the area. Is brightening creams with vitamin c, niacinamide or kojic acid.
