I m suffering from excessive yawning and burping from last one year .
I yawn more then 100 times every day .
Some time I can yawn completely and sone time half yawn and feeling safosticated .

Also my nose is blocked most of the time . And have muscus feeling in throat

What might the reason ?

ENT opinion is advised to the patient.Probable diagnosis is GERD , pt is advised tablet pan d ,orally ,once daily for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 14 days.

I have infected with corona in the month of sep 2020. Do I need to take CT scan now to know how much it has effected?

Yes for accurate diagnosis CT may be required.Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

Difficulty in breathing mostly at night. Suddenly woke up from sleep for breathing difficulty.
Chest pain is a little bit. Always seems tired.
