Is it safe to use Vaseline petroleum jelly on a fungal infection or scabies? The area is really dry and cracked, and Im feeling pain around the thighs and groin. Would the Vaseline help, or should I avoid it?

No vaseline jelly is not advised.

My brother has been also suffering from Alopecia and has been taking steroids Aretha 50mg, betnesol fort 1 mg and more. 
I was wondering if taking so much of steroids affect any organs or the sperm count?

no need to worry ,low dose of steroids wont affect any organ,use those prescribed drugs for a period prescribed by your doctor and there is no such relation of these drugs on sperm count.
