I am getting chest pain left side when taking deep breath. Pain also there at the back side. 
While sleeping feeling discomfort at the chest and back side as well

I recently had an apicolordotic view, and it showed a few fibrotic opacities in the right upper lobe, possibly due to Kochs etiology. Im concerned about what this means. Should I be worried, and what steps should I take next?
