I have done xray for job related issue. In the xray report it is showing "Bronchovascular marking in the lungs field". Now I have question wheather I can have some antibiotic course to improve the condition. There a very small amount of breathing problem but it increases heavily if I catch a cold. Please suggest what can be done to prevent any kind of lung infection.
Bronchovascular markings on an X-ray typically suggest inflammation or congestion in the lungs, but its not specific to an infection. Since you experience worsening symptoms with a cold, it's important to keep your immune system strong by staying hydrated, avoiding cold triggers, and managing your breathing difficulties. Antibiotics are generally not recommended unless theres a clear bacterial infection, so I would advise discussing your symptoms with a doctor to evaluate whether any treatment is needed.
