I have cuts on my foreskin, and they're not healing. I've tried using creams like Boroline, Candid B, and Dermikem OC, but they haven't helped. I also took antibiotics, but it's been a week and the pain keeps coming back. It heals a little, but as soon as I urinate or pull the skin back, it hurts again. I'm a bit embarrassed to see a doctor about this, but I really need help. I did get some relief when I cleaned it with coconut oil. Can you suggest something that might work?
