I have acne, and after consulting with my doctor, I started using Adafrin gel for an hour at night and Rejuglow face wash. However, after a week, my acne has worsened, and my skin has become very dry with patches around my nose, mouth, and eyes. It's also very itchy. I can't use any moisturizers because they burn, even rose water. What should I do?
