dark spots on teeth due to 2 reasons1. caries2. Smoking /tea/ coffee/ tobacco staining.you need to visit the dentist. brush and paste is just a medium to clean your teeth. Only brushing proper way does the cleaning. don't believe in TV adds they show all blah blah.. visit nearest general dentist. all the best for happy smiling
