What's the best way to permanently remove a rasoli from my uterus? I've heard about laser treatments are they an option for this, and how effective are they compared to other surgeries? I'm a bit worried about the recovery and long-term effects.

The most definitive way to permanently remove "rasoli" (uterin fibroids) from the uterus is hysterectomy, which involves removing the entire uterus. I'm trying to conceive but recently had 15 days of continuous bleeding after taking Siphene. My doctor recommended taking Progynova 2mg, but I'm a bit scared about how it might affect my chances of conceiving. Can you explain how Progynova works in this situation?

Since you have prolonged bleeding days ,doctor would have suggested you this.progynova is not a ovulation inducing drug. But it certainly helps to stop stop which is very important right now. It may alter harmonal balance but will not prevent ovulation. So this tab as such don't act as contracepive.

I have a 10.48.2 cm fibroid on the posterior wall of my uterus and my doctor recommended surgery. I'm 25, married, and planning for a baby this year. Will the surgery affect my chances of getting pregnant? Is there any way to treat this without surgery?

A fibroid of that size on the posterior uterine wall can affect pregnancy, depending on its location and symptoms. Surgery (myomectomy) can improve your chances of conceiving by removing the fibroid, but recovery time is needed before trying. Some smaller fibroids can be managed medically or with less invasive procedures, but at your size, surgery is often recommended. Discuss fertility-preserving options with your doctor before deciding.
