Hi
I have 2 oximeter. One shows 95% and other shows 98% in the same finger. Which one is correct. How to believe which is correct. My friends oximeter showed 92% once. I went to hospital for oxygen saturation check and i checked with the electronic screen one, and there it always comes 98. How to check which one is correct.

Saturation less than 92. .Patient is advised pulmonologist opinion immediately.Symptoms nclude dizziness,headache,breathing difficulty and bluish discolouration of skin and mucous membrane.

Probable dignosis is obstructive sleep apnea syndrome , Weight reduction ,Use CPAP machine ,mouth pieces, not sleeping on your back are advised to the patient.

I am diagnosed with TB lymphadenitis. Does this disease is transmitted to my other family members? Is is transferable? 
Can this test detected in sputum test?

Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient. Seroflo rotahaler sos is advised to the patient for breathing difficulty.Also CT Chest is advised to the patient.

I was not able to breathe fully since 10 months, So I have done 2 pulmonary function test. One in December 2017 and one in March 2018. Can any doctor please explain the observations from this. I am attaching the reports.
