Hi, I got a splinter in my finger about five months ago. I can't seem to find or remove it, and now there's a hard bump where it was. Its sensitive and sometimes hurts if I press on it. Ive tried removing it by cutting away dead skin, but the bump always comes back after a week or so. What should I do?
