Hi, I got married last month and since then, I've had several instances of intercourse without a condom. Sometimes I also used mustard oil for lubrication. Now I'm noticing red pimple-like bumps appearing on the shaft of my penis and under the skin. They're really red and seem to be spreading. Could this be from the mustard oil, or is it something like an infection?
