Wife may be experiencing symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. I recommend using over-the-counter antihistamine eye drops such as Zaditor (Ketotifen) twice a day to help relieve the itching and watering. Additionally, applying a cold compress to the eyes can also provide relief. Make sure to avoid rubbing the eyes as it can worsen the symptoms. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult with a doctor for further evaluation and management.
