  5. Hi doctor, Ive been experiencing severe pain at the glans of my penis when I start and finish urinating. Theres no pain when Im not urinating, but when I do, the pain starts at the beginning of urination and fades during the flow. At the end of urination, its unbearable, almost making me stop peeing. Afterward, my urine drips out in small drops, and the pain is intense. A week ago, I was treated for a UTI with Norflex, Cyclopam, and Citralka syrup, which helped and I felt fine. But now the pain is back, and it seems like its in the glans, although it could be coming from the urethra. Ive been drinking plenty of water, but the pain isnt going away. What could be going on?
