Doc, I just found out I've tested positive for Covid19. I've got a bit of a cold and my temperature's been hovering between 99 to 100 F since the 18th of June. I got tested today because of it. The hospital doctors gave me paracetamol, vitamin CD, and zincovit, but Im wondering if theres anything else I should be doing. Can you help?

View allI'm a bit of a hypochondriac and I've got a worry I can't shake. I tend to poke and press my lymph nodes pretty often, like maybe 10 to 15 times a day. Could doing this make them swell up or harm them? I know I'm checking them a lot, practically every hour, but I'm just really concerned. Is this something I should be worried about?
Yes, do not unnecessary press the lymph nodes. They are the organs which filter the infections from the body. These infection causing organisms will be stored in a dormant form in the lymph nodes so pressing it unnecessary is not a good thing. Secondly, examining oneself 10-15 times is alarming, it can be OCD with hypochrondria which requires medications.

Can I take two Crocin Advance tablets together if I have a really bad headache? Would that be too much, and what should I do if it is?
No you are not supposed to take two tablets at once,if already taken no need to worry once will not cause serious problems, but over dose would cause sever gastritis, liver damage etc.,
