Doc, I just found out I've tested positive for Covid19. I've got a bit of a cold and my temperature's been hovering between 99 to 100 F since the 18th of June. I got tested today because of it. The hospital doctors gave me paracetamol, vitamin CD, and zincovit, but Im wondering if theres anything else I should be doing. Can you help?

View allI've just gotten over the flu, but now I'm dealing with a really sore throat and these swollen lymph nodes on each side of the back of my neck. I've also been sweating a lot at night and my scalp itches. Should I be worried about any of this? What could be causing these symptoms?

Why is my body warm but my feet are cold?
Cold feet can be due to various reasons such as decreased blood circulation to the extremities due to atherosclerosis that is cholesterol deposition in blood vessels, nerve damage - nerves that detect temperature are not working, lean body - persons who have less body fat need to conserve more heat which happens by feet becoming cold to keep internal organs warm, normal response to cold climate.

I'm really curious about C-reactive protein. I heard it can indicate inflammation in the body, but I'm not entirely sure what it means for overall health. What are the possible ways to reduce its levels? Is there more information I should know about it? I'm kind of worried because I've been told my levels are a bit high.
C-reactive protein also known as CRP is a substance produced by liver and it's produced in response to inflammation. The way to reduce is to treat the cause. As inflammation reduces, CRP will reduce
