Doc, I just found out I've tested positive for Covid19. I've got a bit of a cold and my temperature's been hovering between 99 to 100 F since the 18th of June. I got tested today because of it. The hospital doctors gave me paracetamol, vitamin CD, and zincovit, but Im wondering if theres anything else I should be doing. Can you help?

View allI've just received a negative COVID test result, which is a huge relief, but I'm unsure about how long I should continue taking my Zincovit tablets. Is it necessary to keep taking them for a set period even after testing negative, or can I stop now? Would love any guidance on this!
Typically, Zincovit tablets, which support immune function, can be continued for 1-2 weeks after recovering from COVID-19,

I'm trying to increase my B12 level from 200 to 900. Can you tell me how many 500 mcg doses I should take? And what's the best schedule for taking them?
1 tablet daily for 3 months would help, because, orally only 10% of consumed dose will be actively available, the remaining will be excreted, hence it takes long time to restore, also consume eggs and adequate quantity of meat, they are rich in B12.
