My 3 and half year old girl having dry cough since 1 week no fever or cold ,but now i can hear gur gur sound in her chest should i give her expect pd,or nebulization doctor prescribed her Alex jr. Should i continue with it?plz help since its  lockdown and hospital are far away .

I Don't know if It's coming out of throat or lungs but It has become everyday's routine.. thick phlegm.. Little but grey...I'm a non smoker and the aqi is good in the city..Chest ct normal, pft normal, still facing desaturation every day for Once..

Problem in breathing. Nose choking , vomiting feeling . Pain on touching right upper part of chest. I get in touch with a doctor he prescribed antibiotics and asthma relief tablet feeling well after that. I amoke approximately 5 caigrettes a day

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
