Can you help me understand what's going on with my lungs? My report mentioned that the bronchovascular field is prominent in the bilateral lung fields, and there are some small calcific foci in the right lung field. I've also noticed a little sputum forming and coming out. Should I be worried about these findings?

I've been diagnosed with tuberculosis and need osteochondral surgery can I still go ahead with it? What's the usual process for this kind of surgery and are there any risks because of the TB?
It is generally not recommended to undergo elective osteochondral surgery while actively battling tuberculosis (TB). TB can reactivate or disseminate during and after surgery, and it can also complicate the healing process. It's crucial to defer the osteochondral surgery until the TB has been thoroughly treated and stabilized

I'm having trouble breathing properly; I can only breathe through my mouth, especially when I'm lying down. I've done a COVID antigen test, and it was negative, but I'm still waiting on the RT-PCR results. The only symptoms I'm dealing with are leg pain and this breathing issue. My oximeter readings have been quite unstable, usually above 92 or 93, but sometimes dropping fastfrom 100 to 92. This morning, the reading on my left thumb was as low as 89 or 90, while other fingers showed 92 or 93. I don't have any other COVID symptoms, so I'm really worried about what's going on. Could you please tell me what I should do?
