Can you help me understand what's going on with my lungs? My report mentioned that the bronchovascular field is prominent in the bilateral lung fields, and there are some small calcific foci in the right lung field. I've also noticed a little sputum forming and coming out. Should I be worried about these findings?

  1. Prominent Bronchovascular Markings:

    • This can indicate increased blood flow or inflammation. Common in infections or chronic conditions like bronchitis.
  2. Calcific Foci:

    • Small calcifications are often benign, possibly from past infections or inflammation.
  3. Sputum Production:

    • May suggest an active infection or inflammation. Monitor for changes in color or volume.
  4. Recommendation:

    • Consult a healthcare provider for a detailed evaluation and correlation with symptoms. Further tests may be needed to rule out significant conditions.

I've been dealing with some chest issues after a trip to Delhi about two months ago, probably because of the pollution there. Ive got this persistent chest pain that feels like its stinging in the center and a couple of spots on the left and right. Theres also this thin, transparent, frothy mucus that comes out, especially when I get irritated, but strangely, Im not coughing at all. I've been in touch with doctors at the civil hospital in Gandhinagar. Theyve done a couple of chest X-rays, sputum tests, and one CBNet, and everything came back clearno TB or anything. But the mucus and post-nasal drip wont go away, and the chest pains gotten worse over the last couple of days. What could be going on?

I found out I had COVID on April 20th, and although I'm on medication, I'm mostly just taking vitamins and that ascoril ls cough syrup now. My cough is still really bad, especially in the evenings and at night. This morning I coughed so much that I noticed some blood in my sputum a couple of times. What should I do to get better? Would love some advice.

I was diagnosed with TB back in May 2019, finished treatment by March, but I've been feeling breathless again. The CT showed scars and calcification, and now, a year later, these issues have come back. Could this mean I'm developing Pulmonary Fibrosis?
