About six months ago, I noticed a small white lump just under the skin on the shaft of my penis, right below the head. It doesnt hurt and hasnt changed in size. I can move it a bit under the skin, and its about the size of a sunflower seed. Ive seen similar questions online, but no clear answers. What could it be, and is removal possible?

It can be due to various reasons. some are due to skin irritation or pressure caused by wearing glasses, masks or other items that or against the nose. Repeated rubbing off the nose due to allergies can also cause this. Could be a result of mild trauma, Sun exposure or hormonal changes. So to treat and prevent that avoid all the things I mentioned before . Use a gentle cleanser to clean the area twice daily. Avoid harsh scrubbing. Moisturise the area. Is brightening creams with vitamin c, niacinamide or kojic acid.
