2 months ago, i had cold,followed by cough (khaasi) ,then i went to clinic and took medicine but after that cough was still present in chest, a weird sound began to occur from chest.Then i went again 2 weeks ago to the doctor, he said that its the infection and it'll get cured after taking syrup and some pills.at present, it has not cured and coughmucous is still in chest.after a meallunchdinner, white cough started to occur in chest and i have to throw out regularly just after i finished eating.Also when i play football, after a hour, cough occurs and i feel fatigued.What is this condition?How can this situation finished?I want to live a healthy life??.

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.
