back & neck pain, breathing problem

I have being suffering back&neck pain, breathing problem and bloated after food for the past 2 years and have been to many hospitals in nagaland. At first I was diagnosed as nerve problem, later it was diagnosed as gastric problem, however after taking many (10 15 pills per day) drug courses the symptoms reappeared after completion of medicine. In all hopelessness I goggled for gastroentologist Dr. rosahan struck me looking at his medical background from PGIMER Chandigarh, since I did my masters just just opposite from his institute which I know is the best in the field. I reach out to him at Apollo hospital Guwahati, (he is amazing personally ) after ample testing... he only gave me some few suggesting to follow in my daily life Habits and just 2 tabs a day now I am on the recovery.
