Dr Rajiv Kulkarni is a passionate orthopaedic surgeon whose special interest lies in the field of Sports injuries and Joint Replacement.

Having received extensive surgical training in Joint Replacement surgery (Shoulder, Hip, Knee) and Arthroscopic Surgeries (Shoulder, Knee, Ankle) (Sports Injury) from the prestigious institutions like Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospitals, Parel, Mumbai; GANGA Hospital, Coimbatore;  Peerless Hospital & BK Roy Research Centre, Kolkata; He was awarded the coveted IAA- Travelling Fellowship at Dundalk, Ireland and AO International Fellowship at the Royal London Hospital -Whitechapel, London with Barts Health NHS Trusts.

He is an ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), trained surgeon who practices his surgical skills and patient management protocols according to the international guidelines.

He has been fortunate to get trained from the stalwarts of joint replacement and sports injuries with whom he shares multiple research publications in the PubMed-indexed international high impact factor journals.

His research interests primarily focus on enhancing better patient outcomes post surgery.

Recognising his excellent academic profile, he has been elected as a Fellow of International College of Surgeons, (FICS) Chicago USA and Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS), USA.

Rajiv is an avid athlete since his school & college years and till date, is able to continue his passion for long distance running (Marathon), and Swimming in his daily personal routine. 
He takes keen interest in influencing his patients and his team mates towards a healthy fit lifestyle.

He also has a special corner for philanthropic activities for the society in creating awareness about a healthy lifestyle which prevents most of the life-style related Orthopaedic concerns.
