Choosing your doctor right is always important. I was suffering from an extruded disc from last few months and the pain was on its extreme. Pain killers were really helpless. I was really confused what to do next as living with this pain was something I could never imagine of. That was the time I heard about Dr.Karthik Revanappa of Apollo Bannerghatta Road. To understand him better I have gone through the practo reviews and the experiences of each person made me decide to meet doctor without a second thought. Doctor suggested me to go for a Lumbar decompression surgery. I was surprised with the kind attitude of doctor while explaining the pre and post surgery procedures . I had undergone the surgey after few days and from the moment I got admitted to the hospital till discharge and during the recovery phase the support doctor extended was beyond expectations. The smile that he wears is the biggest support that we could ever get. Now iam recovered from all the pain that I was suffering from days together. I would be grateful if this could help someone to choose their doctor right

severe back pain

Have you been able to see somebody happy and rejoicing on the fact that she can walk without feeling any radiations in the leg. Yes that is my mom's case. We are from Cameroon and my mom since almost 5 years she was suffering from back pain and this become the last 2 years and severely the last past 7 months. We decided to move from our country come in Bangalore. Not an easy choice, but hoping in Jesus to help us find the right neurosurgeon who can take of my mom case. We visit 3 hospitals and 3 neurosurgeons. And we feel comfortable with Dr Kartik. Professionnaly and friendly he explains us what was going through the mri. He has been able to give my mom some peace. The surgery has been successful and during all the time we spent before admission,our stay in the hospital and the recovery time at home. The doctor has been and still available for any of our requirements. He knows his work and take care of his patients and follow them. His concern is your health and with a smile give you advices. spine tuberculosis

I was suffering from spine tuberculosis and lot of back pain, Karthik sir explained about how tuberculosis spread into your spine, his team removed pus from my spine twice, they released the pressure on my nerve. Now am I able to walk , run, do everything. I am very thankful to karthik sir.

disc bulge and disc degeneration (L5-S1)

I had disc bulge and disc degeneration (L5-S1) for over a decade with multiple episodes of severe back pain. I had developed leg pain over the past six months that became so excruciating that I was unable to stand or walk for more than a few minutes. I am a 31-year-old working woman, and this completely disrupted my personal and professional life. I was able to walk within a few hours after the surgery, and it felt almost surreal to not have any leg pain after spending months in agony. Like many people, I was apprehensive about spine surgery, but having the surgery has completely changed my life for the better. I am glad to have had Dr. Kartik as my doctor; his friendly demeanor, patience, care, and vast experience in his field gave me a lot of confidence. It’s been three weeks since the surgery, and my life is almost back to normal. I cannot thank Dr. Kartik enough for everything he has done to give me my life back. [shrink]

sciatica

I was suffering from sciatica in the last 2 months which became very intense and no pain killers eased the pain, that is when I consulted Dr. Karthik. Doctor went through my reports and suggested for a lumbar decompression surgery. Doctor was very kind enough to explain the pre and post operation procedure and it's associated risks. I had read positive reviews and great feedback about doctor. I trusted him , so without any second thought, I underwent the surgery 12 days back. My pain is absolutely gone after the Operation. However I am been on a restricted activities for a month and will be resuming to the work afterwards. I feel, i took a best decision in choosing a right doctor !!!! I am falling short of words to explain my profound gratitude and regards to specially Dr Karthik Revanappa and the supporting staff of Apollo, Bannerghatta road.
